The Servas International IT Team is introducing mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to improve the security of ServasOnline a/k/a Servas.org, and protect our members' personal information.

This 2FA becomes mandatory for all ServasOnline (servas.org) members on Monday, November 2, 2026.

The process is straightforward:

  • Log in to ServasOnline (servas.org) as usual and follow the instructions to set up 2FA. [Note: This screenshot is what you’ll likely see when logging into Servas.org on and after November 2.]

  • We recommend using email verification. A security code will be sent to your registered email address when required.

  • You can choose to trust your browser for 30 days, so you won't need to enter a security code every time you log in.

Instructions with screenshots are available here:

How to set up and use two-factor authentication (2FA/TFA) (currently in English).

The aim is to make ServasOnline (servas.org) more secure while keeping the login process as simple as possible.
