12-1:30 Meet and Greet at at Sunflower Cafe & Pub
1:30-3:00 Free time to explore downtown shops, early check in to hotel.
3:15-4:15 Tour the Spencer Art Museum located on the Kansas University Campus. Free parking available.
4:30-5:30 Share Servas hosting and travel stories: On campus at the Oread Hotel Balcony Bar featuring happy hour and tapas.
5:30-7:00 Dinner / Free time
7:00 Evening activities for live performance or small group gathering TBA closer to the weekend.
SUNDAY March 29, 2026
8:00-9:00 Easy Hike along the Kansas River on the Lawrence Levee Trail or Enjoy cafe menu at Cleo & Leo by the Kansas River.
9:00-10:30 Group discussion on opportunities for engagement with SERVAS and/or other organizataions participants have experienced. Location TBA.
10:30-12:00 Brunch at historic Eldridge Hotel
12:00-12:30 Closing Circle South Park Pavillion, downtown.
