Refund Policy We understand that circumstances may arise where you must cancel your conference registration. Conference registration can be refunded LESS a $50 cancellation fee until midnight July 24th. We are unable to issue refunds after July 24th, because we will have paid the university per our contract. US Servas has already subsidized about half the cost of the conference. The $50 fee cancellation fee covers a portion of the unrecoverable fixed conference costs. |  |
