Frost Valley YMCA Camp - Claryville, NY

Frost Valley YMCA Camp is nestled on 5,000 acres of forestland in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. See TRANSIT menu for transit options and directions for getting to the camp. This region is part of original ancestral lands of the Munsee speaking Lunaape and Mohican nations. It is only 2-½ hours from both NYC and the Finger Lakes wine country. See REGION menu, to plan a vacation around the conference.
The camp includes a lake, waterfalls, streams, and hiking trails. The YMCA shares many of the values of many Servas members including peace, oneness of humanity, care for our planet, LGTBQ rights, gender equality, etc.

There is no cell coverage anywhere on the camp, but there is good, free wifi in the meeting and dining halls.  There are also emergency telephones  in various places. Parking is free. All visitors and attendees must present photo ID at the welcome center to enter the campus.

Meeting Space - Geyer Hall

Unless otherwise noted all sessions will be held in the main, upstairs meeting space in Geyer Hall. Except for Friday evening dinner, all meals will be served at the main Thompson Dining Hall.
