On August 25 Brian Saltsburg and friends hosted a bonfire on Dockweiler Beach south of Los Angeles. Attendees included Servas members as well as Brian's overseas visitors and some friends from the Couch Surfing community. Dennis Mogerman, a long-time Southern California resident confessed that this was his first (!) beach bonfire after more than a decade of residency.
